Thomas Gerald Frohock Sr

Thomas Gerald Frohock Sr., 85, of South Charlestown, New Hampshire, passed away September 10, 2023, at Applewood Rehabilitation Center, Winchester, New Hampshire.

Thomas was born December 07, 1937, son of Howard Everett Frohock and Gertrude Gladys (Stanford) Frohock. He was a 1956 graduate of Charlestown High School.

Thomas took over his father’s Frohock and Sons camping sales, service, and trailer rental business in South Charlestown, NH, and worked as a mechanic at the Flying A service station, in Bellows Falls, VT. He was a First cook and Mess Steward with the Army National Guard in Bellows Falls, VT, and a Job Superintendent for forty-three years with The MacMillan Company Builders in Keene, NH. He was a Boy Scout Master and a Boy Scout Committee chairperson, the president of a square dance group, and a wood working instructor for a 4H group. He liked to grill food for Fall Mountain Regional High School Future Farmers of America group functions and fairs. He enjoyed completing wood working projects for friends and family, and he loved conversing with friends at local restaurants.

His wife, Lois Eva (Bashaw) Frohock, married September 23, 1961, died earlier. Thomas’s brothers, Ronald Everett Frohock and Charles Ernest Frohock, sister, Barbara Jean (Blodgett) Frohock, and Thomas’s son, Gerald Robert Frohock also died earlier.

Survivors include his sons, John Gerald Frohock, Thomas Gerald Frohock Jr., and Howard Everett Frohock, and grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.

There will be a graveside service on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at 11:00 AM in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Westminster, VT. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Fenton and Hennessey Funeral Home, 55 Westminster Street, Bellows Falls, VT.
