Sheri Ann Gokey
August 31, 1973 - January 26, 2023
Sheri Ann Gokey, Charlestown, NH, passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2023. She was born in Claremont, NH on August 31, 1973, the daughter of Maynard Jackson and Sylvia Abbott. She graduated from Springfield High School. Sheri worked for Bomar in their assembly department and Green Mountain Gringo in Chester.
Sheri loved to travel. She lived in Alaska for six years and loved to share stories about that time of her life.
Sheri is survived by two sisters, Lisa Merrill and April Hook, and one brother, William Gokey and several nieces and nephews that she adored. She was predeceased by her parents and her brother, Kevin.
Services are at the convenience of the family. Fenton and Hennessey Funeral Home, 55 Westminster Street, Bellows Falls, VT are assisting with the arrangements.

posted February 6, 2023Sheri was a genuine altruistic person who gave freely, never expecting anything in return. Always trying to lift the spirits of anyone feeling down.
Sometimes a total goof, yet, so soulful and kind, strong and brave.
I was so fortunate to have been her friend if even for just a short while.

posted February 8, 2023Sheri was an amazing woman. She was fun to be around, and she was silly!!!
Which is one of the reasons I love her so much. She was always willing to help you if you needed it. She was always there when I needed a friend. I will miss her very much. When I think of her I will smile that is because she was always so wonderful to be around. Her best friend Bobbi, they were always together. My youngest daughter thought they were sisters for the longest time. Those two were DOUBLE TROUBLE!!! (in a good way)
Rest in peace my BEAUTIFUL FRIEND!!!

posted February 19, 2023My big sister Sheri Ann Gokey . She loved it when I let her pick out clothes when she come to my home . She was always so happy when me and my boyfriend went to visit her . She would always want to give me food and other stuff like small furniture like end tables that she didn't need always had a beautiful smile on her face. We had so much fun together lots of laughs. When she lived in Walpole NH she had a beautiful flower garden she loved to work on always wanted to show me her beautiful flowers and plants .love you my beautiful angel you are so much missed
