Ronald Lester Spaulding

July 14, 1940 - July 28, 2024

Ronald Lester Spaulding, a beloved father, grandfather, and friend was born on July 14, 1940, to Lawrence H. Spaulding and Pearl Strout Spaulding in Berlin, New Hampshire. He spent his early years immersed in the rich traditions and close-knit community of his hometown, values which he carried with him throughout his life.

Ronald was the proud father of three children: Myrna Spaulding, and predeceased by Ronald Lester Spaulding Jr., Michael Joseph Spaulding. His legacy continued through his grandchildren, Bonnie Pelletier, and Lynda Conrod, and his grandson, Eric Spaulding.

In addition to his immediate family, Ronald shared a lifelong friendship with Nancy Stevens. Their bond was a testament to the enduring power of true friendship, providing support and companionship through the many seasons of life.

Ronald had a large and loving family, including both siblings who have passed away and those who remain. He was predeceased by his brothers, Lawrence Spaulding, Paul Spaulding, Cary Spaulding, and Rick Spaulding. He is survived by his sisters, Vivian Joslin, Linda Storey, Sandra Irvine, and his brother, Curtis Spaulding. The bond he shared with his siblings was strong, filled with love, laughter, and countless cherished memories.

Ronald was also an active and dedicated member of the Moose Club in Bellows Falls, Vermont. His involvement in the club was a significant part of his life, where he formed lasting friendships.

Ronald Lester Spaulding passed away peacefully on July 28, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, friendship, and community service. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.

There will be a graveside service at the Walpole Village Cemetery at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 2.
