Ricardo Philip “Rick” Fiorey
March 2, 1963 - January 31, 2023
Ricardo Philip “Rick” Fiorey passed away on January 31, 2023, at the age of 59, in his home in Budd Lake, NJ, surrounded by his loving family.
Rick was born March 2, 1963, in Bellows Falls, VT, to Nicola and Barbara (Licence) Fiorey. Rick worked for LAPP USA in Florham Park, NJ, for 15 years, where he was treated like family. He enjoyed amateur radio where he made many lifelong friends and talked under his call sign N1IRL. He was an avid New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox fan.
He is survived by his wife, Gabriele Fiorey; one daughter, Nicola Fiorey; his mother, Barbara Fiorey; two siblings, Nick Fiorey and wife, Kim and Tony Fiorey and his wife, Nicole; his nephews, Michael Fiorey, and Jason Fiorey; and many other loving nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Nicola Fiorey in 1998.
Visitation will be Sunday, February 5, 2023, from 2:00-5:00 PM at Morgan Funeral Home, Netcong, NJ. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, February 6, 2023, 11:00 AM at St. Michael’s Church, Netcong, NJ. Interment will occur Wednesday, February 8, 2023, 1:00 PM at St. Charles Cemetery in Bellows Falls, VT.
