Linda Johnson passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2023, at the Springfield Hospital. Linda was born on September 15, 1950, in Townshend, VT, to the late Harral and Mary (Vivier) Hamiliton. Linda would marry George Johnson in 1982 in Bellows Falls.

Linda loved being at the Ocean, a good game of Yahtzee, collecting teacups, dancing, but the joy of her life was being with her family.

Linda is survived by her sons, Paul Nolin and David Wood and a daughter, Vikki (Matthew) Johnson.

She is also survived by her brothers, Wayne, Wendell, Walter, Warren Hamiliton and Laura Simmons, Lorraine Hassler, and Dorreen Hansen. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, as well as five nieces and five nephews.

Linda was predeceased by her parents, husband, George and siblings, Kenneth, Dennis and Martin Hamiliton.

A funeral service will take place on Monday, October 9, 2023, at 1:00 PM at the Fenton and Hennessey Funeral Home, 55 Westminster Street, Bellows Falls, VT. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Putney.
