Lillian Frances Rounds

October 21, 1934 - September 22, 2023

Lillian Frances Rounds, age 88, of Bon Aqua and was a long time resident of Bellows Falls, VT. She went to Heaven on September 22, 2023.

Lillian was born on October 21, 1934, in Lindenhurst, New York to the late William A. Blum and Frances Susan Ryan. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her first husband, Jacob Graf, second husband, Wayne Rounds, her brother, Robert Blum and her son, John Graf. Lillian had a passion for knitting and crocheting baby sweaters and blankets for all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She saw only the good things in life and lived life to the fullest. Lillian had a strong belief in her faith which played a significant role in her everyday life. Faith can often provide comfort and purpose and she found solace and meaning in hers.

Lillian’s love for her family highlights the importance of close relationships in her life. Family can be a source of support, love and connection and it’s clear that she cherished those bonds. Lillian is survived by her daughters, Dorothy (Brent) Gesick Cheeney, Janet (Patrick) Kiniry, and Cynthia (Tim) Allen, and her sister, Patricia Jones. She was blessed with 12 grandchildren, Kristen (Jonathan) Gesick, Stephanie (Chris) Paquette, Paige (Micheal) Gesick, John (Sam) Graf, Frannie (Seth) Ashworth, Maggie (Louis) Tremblay, Katelynn (Steve) Bashaw, Whitney (Matt) Zweeres, Brendan (Gabriella) Kiniry, Eric (Kelly) Allen, Audrey (Shawn) Allen, Abigail (Blake)Allen and 14 great-grandchildren. Lillian is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will take place on Oct. 27, 2023, at 11:00 AM at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Drewsville, NH.

Fenton and Hennessey Funeral Home, 55 Westminster Street, Bellows Falls, VT 05101 is assisting with arrangements.
