Kathleen (Laborde) Cibelli passed away at home on July 26, 2024. Kathleen was born on May 21, 1945, in Waterbury, CT to Agnus and Albert Laborde and grew up in Bethlehem, CT on a dairy farm. For many years, Kathleen worked as a bank teller in CT before moving to South Carolina. She loved to spend time with family and friends, scrapbooked her adventures, liked to read and do puzzles and could always make people smile.

Kathleen is predeceased by her daughter, Kimberley O’Connor, and her husband, Domenic (Mickey) Cibelli. Kathleen leaves behind her son, Steven O’Connor, daughter, Denise O’Connor, sisters, Ann Rau, Joan Ortwein, Carol Foster, and brother-in-law, Bill Foster, as well as several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The family is grateful to the caregivers who loved and cared for Kathleen these past few years, especially in her final months. Their compassion and support are greatly appreciated.

Services will be held on August 7 privately for family and close friends.
