Jeffrey “Jeff” Robert Mounsey, 52, of Brattleboro passed away on August 31 after a period of declining health. Born August 21, 1974, to Raymond and Earline Mounsey. Jeff graduated from BFUHS in 1998. He graduated from Barron’s Institute of Technology as an Auto Technician. Jeff was employed as an oil delivery driver for over 30 years for Barrows & Fisher and most recently for Allen Brothers. In 1994, he married Heather J. Harris and together they had two daughters. Jeff is survived by his wife, Heather, his daughters, Cheyenne and her partner, Michael Young, and Jasmine and her fiancé, Rafal Bezubik. His parents, Raymond and Earline, his brother, Sheldon and nephews, Troy and Keith. He was recently baptized and was excited to start his faith journey.

Jeff enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, going to Monadnock Speedway and NASCAR, but most importantly spending time with his family.

He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Jeannette Moul and his mother-in-law, Georgia Harris.

There will be a Memorial Service on September 12, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Fenton and Hennessey Funeral Home, 55 Westminster Street, Bellows Falls, VT. Burial will follow in the Westminster New Cemetery.
