Jason Mank, 52, of Bellows Falls, Vermont, passed away unexpectedly on September 5, 2026.

He was born in Camden, Maine, on February 20, 1974, the son of Frederick and Charlena (Whitehill) Mank. Jason grew up in Rockland, Maine, where he attended local schools and graduated from high school in California. He later worked for several years at Dave’s Restaurant, McDonalds and Shaw’s.

Jason was an amateur comic book artist and a devoted science-fiction enthusiast. He found joy in spending time with his family, especially when his nephews visited him during their younger years. Music was also an important part of his daily life, and he loved listening to it whenever he could.

Jason was predeceased by his father, Frederick Mank. He is survived by his mother, Charlena; his siblings, Robert Hunt and his wife, Janice, Stefan Hunt and his wife, Phuong, Frederick Mank Jr., and Tony Mank; and his nephews, Robert Hunt III and Ryan Hunt.

Jason’s passing leaves a lasting absence in the hearts of his family and all who knew and loved him. He will be remembered for his creativity, his interests, and the place he held in the lives of those closest to him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Renewed Life in Jesus Church, 2103 Rockingham Rd. (Route 103), Chester, VT 05143. Family and friends are invited to gather and remember Jason.
