Alfred L. Britton, of Walpole, NH, passed away at home on Monday, May 30, 2022. He was born on June 18, 1940, in Keene, NH, the son of Lawrence S. and Yvonne D. Britton. He was a dairy farmer and steward of his land. He graduated from Walpole High School in 1959.
He is survived by his wife, Mary, and his children, Marlo Britton, Molly Banik, and Paul, Lawrence Britton, and Josette, and grandchildren, Lacy Davis, Kelsey Zielionski, Emily Britton, Josephine Britton, Megan Banik, and Wyatt Britton, along with four great children and one on the way, one brother, Walter Britton, and one sister, Nancy Coburn.
He was predeceased by his parents, son, Andrew Britton, his sisters, Muriel Martel, and Patricia Wilber, and two brothers, Gordon Britton, and Warren Britton.
A graveside service will be held Sunday, June 5, 2022, in the Walpole Village Cemetery at 1:00 PM. The family requests privacy during this time.
