Clayton “Buck” Benjamin Ezequelle III passed away unexpectedly surrounded by his family on August 13, 2026, at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center due to life threatening injuries sustained in a automobile accident.

Buck was born on December 7, 1972, in Bellows Falls, Vermont, the son of Clayton Jr. and Berdina (Bain) Ezequelle. He graduated from Fall Mountain Regional High School in 1992. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout where he received an outstanding community service award. Buck being very prideful and loyal to his country then enlisted in the United States Navy. An avid hunter and fisherman, Buck loved spending time outdoors. He had a big heart, wanting to always help others.

He is survived by his mother, Berdina, and his brothers, Jeffrey (Becky) Ezequelle, Charles (Mallory) Ezequelle, sister, Allison (Vincent) Speenburgh, nieces and nephews, Kalea, Owen, Catherine, Graham, Brynleigh and Briget Ezequelle, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was predeceased by his father, Clayton Jr. , Nana Alice, Papa Bain and many beloved uncles and aunts.

Visitation will take place on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, from 5:00-7:00 PM at the Fenton and Hennessey Funeral Home, 55 Westminster Street, Bellows Falls, VT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, August 20 at 1:00 PM at St. Charles Church, Cherry Hill Street, Bellows Falls.

Burial will be held on Friday for the immediate family at the Vermont Veteran’s Cemetery in Randolph, VT.

To honor him, the family asks to become an organ donor as he was in his final hours to be able to help others without anything but yourself.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Fenton and Hennessey Funeral Home, 55 Westminster Street, Bellows Falls.
