Lloyd “Ted” Brooks of Westmoreland, NH passed away on November 1, 2025. Ted was born on April 24, 1930, in Westminster, VT to Edward  and  Elda (MacGilvery) Brooks.  

Ted graduated from Walpole High High School in 1948. He went on to work at Boston and Maine Railroad for five years. He then went on to work at Hubbard Farms in Walpole for 35 1/2 years retiring in 1989.  

Ted coached local youth in Biddy Basketball, Babe Ruth and Little League in Walpole. He also coached CYO Basketball and Little League in Bellows Falls, as well at the Commissioner of Pee Wee Football in Bellows Falls.

Ted is survived by his daughters, Sharon Struthers of Walpole, NH and Julie Garrow of Hinsdale, NH. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Ted was predeceased by his parents, sister, Jean Lord, his wife, Marilyn (Kopacz) Brooks, sons, Michael and John and grandson, Bryan Struthers.

A Graveside Service will take place on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Walpole Village Cemetery.
