Our beloved son, husband, father, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend, Barry Potwin sadly passes away on Monday, October 14, 2024. He was predeceased by his sister, Leslie Runnels, his father, Howard Earl Potwin. He is survived by his mother, Ellen “sis” Shepard, his wife, Niomi Potwin, his two beautiful sons, Cameron and Lynkin Potwin. He is also survived by his sisters, Lisa Merill, his surgent brothers and sisters: Jeremiah, Justin and Michelle LaChapelle, his many adopted mothers and fathers as so many wanted to call them their own, as well as many nieces and nephews, uncountable friends and many co-workers a group of people that he loved and they loved him.

Barry was such a loving, caring, handsome, kind, outgoing, honest, respectful, and moral human being. Throughout his life and death, he has saved countless lives by organ donation. He is the best example of how to treat people and take care of people that you love.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
